Shipping policy

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within one working day of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have place your order on weekends, we'll process this as soon as possible on Monday. Please be aware of possible delays with our shipping partners due to an influx in deliveries nationwide.

For those items which are available pre-order only, your order will be processed within one working day and you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We offer standard courier delivery within New Zealand on a flat rate fee of $10. Orders over $80 are free of charge. Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days on non-rural addresses, and 2-3 working days for rural addresses.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

We offer standard courier delivery to Australia with a flat rate fee of $20. Orders over $100 are free of charge.
